Orders & Returns Policy

Orders are accepted subject to product availability and payment verification.
Changes or cancellations are allowed only before dispatch.

Return Eligibility:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, in original packaging.
- Return request must be initiated within the set period of delivery.
- Customer bears return shipping cost unless defect / our error.

Refunds / Store Credit:
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Partial refunds may apply if item is damaged or missing parts.

Defective / Damaged Items:
- If the product is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately with photographic evidence.
- We will arrange for return shipping, and offer repair, replacement, or full refund.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.
Refunds: Refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
Exchange: Allowed based on stock availability.
Defective Items: Report within 3 days for free replacement or refund.
Cancellation: Allowed before dispatch only.
